Right out the back door of the nights lodgings was Smelt Sands State Recreation Site a beautiful rocky beach that later turned into a wide sandy beach. Classic Northwest Beach.

The ride was MOSTLY dry, but some rain. Riding across the Astoria Megler Bridge again in this video but this time heading north / east. The amazing Columbia river in view for this ride.
Home again, finally. An enjoyable trip just getting out and about.
