Riding up the State Route 20 North Cascades Pass you are always surrounded by amazing scenery
Starting up the North Cascades pass near the Skagit Dam, requisite shot of the motorcycle packed and trip worthy:

When you get close to the Dam on the Skagit River State Route 20 has LOTS of twisties in store and the mountains start to come fully in view.
Further up the mountains is Diablo Lake. It is hard NOT to take a good picture of this lake:
I was able to ride through the pass 5 days after it opened to traffic, LOTS of snow still around:
